The combo of ingredients here works well and really tickled my taste buds! It could have been a bit of a mess bit each ingredient retained its individual flavour and the sour dough was toasted to perfection.

I love going to Truth and the vegan offerings are increasing all the time. This smashed avo on toast is well presented and tasty. When I ordered it, the waitron asked if I wanted tomatoes and mushroom with it so I said yes. When the bill came the additional cost of a few mushrooms and cherry tomatoes was nearly R200, doubling the cost of the meal.

This was so delicious and a massive portion. I added extra mushrooms. Spicy flavours on a hot plate, it really took me a while to finish so order only if you are hungry. The waiter said my bread was toasted in olive oil, not butter. The menu has lots of vegan options. The restaurant is different with all the pipes and dark themes. It brings the vibes of the industrial revolution.

One of the best vegan cheesecakes I’ve had. Perfectly balanced, not too sweet, great texture. Very yummy and goes down well with their delicious coffee! Make more vegan desserts😍

I’ve never ordered oats at a restaurant before 😂 but I’m so glad that I did. Wow these hit the spot. Oats, quinoa, chia seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, vanilla soaked overnight in oat milk. Topped with coconut yoghurt, coconut flakes and honey torched banana (skip the honey). Oh my 🤤 what incredible flavours.

So I’m not a huge coffee drinker so take this with a pinch of salt. I’ve found truth coffee to be too strong for my liking but I’m sure avid coffee drinkers like it. #veganin2020

Oh My Goodness #greyton I had to leave off the Guac (allergic to Avo 😢) but it most certainly didn't take away from the deliciousness! A tad on the pricy side & no offer to swap out the Guac for something else or reduce the price accordingly! Very filling nonetheless!
