OMG these lemon poppyseed cake slices are so damn gooood!!! It’s not easy to find well made vegan pound cakes. Fantastic crumb, not overly sweet, that lemon flavour hits juuust right. 🤤 They’re usually served in thick slices, this presentation was for a tea party. (The cakes in the higher tier are gingerbread. They’re yum too).

The Kind is a vegetarian Cafe with lots of vegan and veganisable options on their menu. The team and owner are aware of what vegan means so we can order peacefully. These Peri Peri Corn Ribs are so damn delicious! 🤤 Spicy and flavourful. Good to enjoy as a group. You can pair them with their vegan dessert options and a plant based mylk coffee or tea.
