Too lazy to create a new entry (Arts Canteen, upper deck, next to Pasta Express); riding on an existing item. $5.60 pricey for #chickpeas, #buttonmushroom, play it safe #romainelettuce (no idea if carbs are smothered in butter) , silken #tofu and countable #redkidneybeans under a drop of Naturel #oliveoil. I thought this would taste artificial but it didn't! And there were bits of mango pulp inside! This was really worth at $2.30 imo. Only downside is that they switch to using disposable cups during holidays #veganisnotscary #nusdrinks

Had a compassionate discount at $6 for double portions from North Indian Vegetarian booth. Alliums-free for select dishes (yay), including ultra #crispy, tasty spring rolls and #tofu #beansprouts, putting their trust in dried #chilli to work its magic without fail 😋

These mala noodles were really good, I asked for less spicy but it still didn’t lose the flavour. Doesn’t taste like actual mala noodles but a pretty close match! Topped with peanuts, minced meat, fried beancurd, lettuce and added some potato :)

$3.50 for this bowl of cozy, warm and spicy curry ramen with springy noodles, half a meat patty, potatoes, carrots and crispy bean curd skin. The curry was rather thick!

This is one of my favorite places in NUS! There are quite a few plant-based toppings available, I’d always go for olives 🫒 mushroom 🍄 and corn 🌽 Seems like the only sauce option is tomato sauce 🍅 But it is really tasty so I don’t mind having tomato sauce every time😋 It is also really great value for money, at about $4. This is my go-to place when I crave some spaghetti 🍝

Vegan Bibimbap at the Deck for $5.50! Came with minced plant meat, mixed vegetables and a spicy 🌶 korean sauce. Overall loved this! This was at the new organics vegetarian stall.
