This 'steak' sandwich was something different! Cheez, spiced seitan steak, grilled capsicum, onion, garlic on toasted garlic bread. Served with fries. This is such a nice pub; really nice staff and of course, lots of vegan options. #pubfood #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease

Lemme preface this review by saying I don’t remember this meal in THAT much detail after a few happy hour drinks here haha. (Cocktails were also excellent 😌) What I do remember is that it was very tasty and satisfying af. And massive! I contemplated calling it off and taking the other half home as leftovers, but after a breather I managed to finish it off 🥲 The “steak” part wasn’t particularly reminiscent of steak but was very good in itself. Lettuce, tomato, cheeze and onion rings completed this monster of a sandwich. Normally $28, bjf was only $20 as we ate here on Wednesday night “Steak Night”. Staff were super lovely and our group thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere on the rooftop here, highly recommend. #melbourne #steaksandwich

AMAZING AMAZING DISHES!!! I had the vegan chick’n Parma and my bf had the vegan Shepards pie. Tastes so great, absolutely delicious. I’d definitely try the Shepards Pie next time.

Ah it has been far too long since I've been to the Cornish! ♥️ Pretty quiet on a Monday at 2pm so I have a table for 6 to myself 🤣 This burrito bowl includes brown rice, Mexican spiced tofu, tomato salsa, spiced corn, black beans, avocado, lettuce and sour cream dressing. Can add vegan chickn for $5 more but I didnae bother. $24 which is probably normal for a pub in Melbourne and it is a big bowl! Fresh and deceptively simple but also delish.
