This roll was super delicious. Creamy avocado and a good crunch! It was a bit more difficult to find vegan sushi in Japan than I expected, so I was happy to find a few options here.

I was happy to find some plant based sushi options here. I know the California roll was invented in Los Angelos and is not traditional, but I was happy to eat it nonetheless. It was very tasty. It turns out that vegan sushi in Japan is not so easy to find.

Locale piccolino che offre diverse opzioni vegetariane/vegane ben segnalate in verde. Disponibilità anche nelle modifiche (ho preso il fresh vegetable roll senza maionese ed era davvero ottimo). Consiglio di andare presto perché sono solo due persone e ci mettono un po’ per il servizio
