Nicely presented and a nice change to be able to order a veganised* French toast. I feel it could have done with a bit of maple syrup and maybe some banana to make it 100% but still pretty tasty.

Southern Cross has so many creative vegan options. This French toast is a favourite of ours — it comes with black dorris plumb coulis, dark chocolate ice cream, and caramelised orange — and it’s automatically made vegan 🌱

$6 for a very small cheesecake. It had virtually no base which was disappointing. The boysenberry bit was quite nice though

I always get it from the counter when I go there! So far everyone who tried loved it! Not too sweet but can feel the coconut base a bit. 🥥 Best cake in Wellington so far.

Avocado on toasted English muffins with portobello mushrooms, wilted spinach and cashew hollandaise. Love the thick and juicy portobello mushroom in place of eggs which are usually in eggs Benedict.

Delicious portabello mushroom wellington- pastry was thin and crispy and cooked really well. Lots of flavour. Some of the vegetables were a bit too al dente for my liking but still edible. Didn't like the sauce but the dish didn't need it.
