My favorite tart I've had there so far! The taste reminds me of the strawberry cheesecake ice cream from Cold Stone which I used to love. 😋

Most of the lemon tarts I had were too sour for me, so I'm surprised that their lemon tart was sweet but with a subtle lemony flavor to it. Might not be for everyone, especially for those who preferred sour lemon tarts, but perfect for those who are not a fan of sour pastries tarts

The outermost layer was slightly crispy with a caramel taste to it, similar to the top layer of creme brulee. The cream was very smooth and creamy. The grapefruit bits were fresh with a tinge of slight bitterness to it, but it was a nice pairing of flavor when having it together with the sweet cream filling 👍🏻
