I was surprised to see vegan cupcakes at this bakery especially because this brand is a franchise. Apparently, some Smallcakes stores are adding a vegan option and this location is one of them. The cupcakes are a generous size and taste good but are really sweet so be ware 😵💫 They're also on the dense side (which I don't mind) so don't expect a "fluffy light" cake. This franchise also runs great promotions if you sign up for their reward program so I was lucky enough to get 4 cupcakes for the price of 3 ( I got one free 🧁) Unfortunately this location only offers vegan cupcakes on Saturdays and they only have 1 flavor available, vanilla (womp, womp) A team member did mention vegan cupcakes could be "pre-ordered" for other days besides Saturdays but requires a 4 cupcake minimum per order. They tasted good and happy to see more bakeries adding vegan cupcakes to their menus.
