Of course I needed a #matcha to pair with all of the #vegandonuts at Rainbow Bakery! There was a variety of plant milks to choose from, including #soymilk. It was creamy and #nottoosweet. This place was amazing and I highly recommend!

One good thing about vacation is that you can eat dessert for every meal. Thankfully Rainbow Bakery was stocked full of different options to meet that goal. This red velvet cookie was delicious. Soft but not crumbly. Sweet and tasty. The nut in the center was a nice touch. Bravo! 👏

Took me forever to write this review because every time I went to start it I ended up watching the video for Lemon by U2 instead of writing this review. This donut ruled. Rainbow Bakery ruled. Everything was vegan and delicious. This tasted exactly like what you think it would. Seriously, visit Bloomington and go to this place. The town is rad and very vegan friendly. Free art museum, awesome hiking surrounding it. A gem of a bakery and a gem of a city! 🍋

D'oh! I should have gotten even more vegan donuts from Rainbow Bakery before leaving town. Was happy to have a chance to visit Rainbow a few times while in Bloomington Indiana.
