I think I’ve had so many awesome vegan burgers that I’m starting to get picky😅 I didn’t love this vegan burger from Pingala Cafe. It consists of smoked carrot bakin', oat cheese, BBQ sauce, dilly ranch, lettuce and crispy onion. The cheese was almost liquid and the flavor was not my favorite. It was very filling. $13.00 #veganburger

I love dumplings so I will often order them if they are on the menu. These dumplings were not my fave. The filling was bland and the sauce wasn’t very tasty. $8.00. #vegandumplings

I’m a big nacho lover so I was excited to find these nachos at the Pingala Cafe. It consists of homemade Dorito dust on corn chips with chili, oat queso, n'avo, pickled jalapeños & cilantro. The chips were my favorite part. The cheese and guacamole were very runny but tasty. $10.00. #vegannachos

WOW! I love everything at Pingala. Definition of bang for your buck while supporting an all vegan restaurant. I love the buddaful bowl: full of whole foods while remaining delicious. While you’re there, try the hot dogs x

Described as oven-baked coconut-banana millet bread french toast with mixed berry coulis, cinnamon, fruit, ginger butter, and maple syrup, the dish is more like french toast bites. Very tasty and a beautiful presentation. I would have liked more berry coulis, as the artistic smear across the plate, was lovely but not sufficient.

The E.L.T uses baked eggplant as a bacon substitute! It is so yummy. It adds a crunch and 'meaty' flavor to the sandwich. Also this eggplant bacon is so popular that they sell it by the bags now and I buy it everytime I'm in the store! 10/10 would recommend. They also share how they make it -- but mine never comes out the same -- so I just buy theirs!

This bowl is SO filling and tasty! It combines a varied flavor palette which is hard to do in vegan meals. Also it has a whole bunch of good nutrients and ingredients which is great.

Although the dumplings aren't necessarily enough for an entire meal - they are a fun sharing option. I would say they taste great for being vegan and the sauces that accompany it really compliment the dish well.
