Colorful Salad

I don’t normally buy salads at restaurants but this was so colorful I had to try it. It was light and filling. It is flavored with lemon juice and it balanced really well with the sweetness of the carrots.

This hummus was different than any other hummus I’ve ever had. The flavor combination grew on me the more I ate it.

Eggplant Puree

I really loved this appetizer. I was recommended this by the owner. I’ve never had anything like this. It comes with pita bread for dipping. I would recommend getting extra pita as it’s easy to run out. It went great with my sandwich.
