A five star is not enough to describe this poke bowl. The "sushi" was made with marinated watermelon 😍. I was so curious to try! The texture was perfect and you didn't taste watermelon at all; it all tastes like a sushi bowl. The rest was a feast of the senses. Warm sushi rice, spinach , carrots, beetroot and more.
