6/3/2022 Wow! This was a lot spicier than I expected, but it was very refreshing overall for a hot summer day. I loved the pickled vegetables, which made the cold glass noodles really work.

This japchae noodle dish included daikon, kimchi, cucumbers, radishes, arugula, and tofu (which I added on for extra). It was so filling, flavorful, crunchy, and full of heat and spice! Perfect for a hot day out. Highly recommend!

This was a super filling fresh bowl! The pickled radish is so good and the kimchi adds a lot of flavor. The cucumber and glass noodles are also very refreshing.

Noodlelove is a delicious, healthy Asian inspired restaurant with the highest quality ingredients. This here is a “create your own bowl.” As a base, I started with glass noodles mixed with sesame soy dressing topped with cucumbers, sautéed kale and onions, grilled bok choy and sesame bean sprouts topped with avocado, scallions and sesame seeds🥳
