Braised Eggplant Rice Plate

The braised eggplant was delicious. It was cooked down in a clay pot and was very flavorful. Served with rice and pickled veggies.

Grilled Tofu Bowl

The grilled tofu bowl was delicious. Lemongrass marinated tofu, pickled veggies, herbs, rice noodles, and vegan fish sauce vinaigrette. And it was a huge portion!

Vegan Pho

This pho is all vegan... the vegetable broth has a slightly sweet taste “not sure why” I personally like my broth to have more of a savory taste then sweet but overall I would rate this pho a high 3 out of 5
