Haven't had #satay or any of the same category sauces in like decades but this was handmade. Meaning 👉 nutfree version coating a dry slab (or 2) of #tempeh. Overhyped (judging from the pricing @ RM34).#instantnoodles undercooked; I mean, I haven't included much of those #carbsforlife wheat strands in my life but I can tell a lacklustre boil (or non-conformance prescribed timing) when the occasion calls for it, like now (or then - Aug 2024) #Mala level - strong, nothing Arnold stronger than that unfortunately. It left a bitter vibe towards the end after all's been polished off and done (no mean feat 😮‍💨). Priced at RM25 bearing some resemblance to SG Prive's #chickenrice offering though a tad weaker chook -wise ( #chickless slices); not superior Heura for sure 😛 #carbsforlife arrived #sesame flavoured and special mention to accompanying #ginger paste (highlight).
