Vegan Cheese Pizza

My fiance and I tried the vegan cheese pizza at Noli's and it was absolutely delicious.  The cheese was made in house by one of their chefs and we really enjoyed the flavor.  The crust was nice and crispy and the sauce paired well with everything.

The vegiatta pizza (don’t forget to specify vegan cheese please!) is terrific. It comes loaded with mounds of fresh and flavorful veggies, and is topped with a perfect final touch of balsamic drizzle. The crust is thin and has, what I call, a great bite and chew factor. It is on the thinner side so I suspect if you order one of the larger sizes, the center may not be as well-done.
