Another one #forthedollar: A single fried spring roll. It was crunchy outside and the inside wasn’t mushy at all! The filling was intact and so flavorful! Their homemade chili sauce dip might’ve been the best I’ve had during my #vietnam trip

Oh. My. God. Why am I writing these reviews now? I start drooling just looking back at these pictures. There were not one, not two, but three different vegan meats on this platter! They were marinated with so much flavor and grilled to perfection. Paired with fresh #herbs, salad, #veggies, rice noodles and rice paper! You take some ingredients and just make a roll! Dip it in that delectable #peanut sauce and you get the perfect bite! This platter alone could fill you up

This was divine! They take your typical #veganshrimp to a higher level! The charcoal grill provides such a nice smokey and barbecue flavor 🤤 They serve it with a salty sour dip and it worked perfectly. The dish is no longer on the menu but they prepare it on request

I adored all the lemongrass paste on top, it tasted fantastic, and the portion size was great too. The sauce was so good that I ended up devouring the lemongrass-covered lettuce too. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this, but it was amazing! Incredibly rich. The sliced beancurd was less like tofu and way more like an uncanny pork belly mock meat substitute. I believe the egg was also made of tofu and it tasted great. The sauce was thick and very savoury and tasty. Yummy! I believe these were made of konjac because they had that uncanny almost rubbery seafood/shellfish texture.
