This #carrotlox #bagel was pretty tasty. The #cashew #creamcheese was very tasty and had a lot of #lemon flavour to it. I also liked the lox itself, which had some dill sprinkled on top of it and it had a cute little #veggie #salad on the side.

I really enjoyed the #housemade #hummus in this wrap and all of the #veggies were nice too! The #sauce that they served on the side was really good too- it tasted like a thicker version of Little Creek.

Love Mudsharks! Kinda miss their old location with the giant shared tree-shaded patio. However, the new spot has a patio, and more indoor seating. I bought this on the fly, to take hiking in Strathcona. The sauce got all saucy in my pack. :-/ But it was delicious. Although, everything taste delicious when you’re hiking, doesn’t it?

This was already vegan and when it first arrived, I was underwhelmed, but as I ate it, I enjoyed it. It’s not something to go out of your way for, but it’s a good thing to eat if you’re there.

A giant sweet treat – dense and delicious with coconut, cocoa, and dates, drenched with chocolate over the top. Stopped off to fortify with their fantastic coffee on the way to hike Strathcona.
