Excellent carrot cake! Love the whipped cream layers and the cake part is very flavorful and filled with carrots/nuts/raisins I think. Very beautiful presentation as always!

vegan egg tarts!! unreal!! this had a custardy filling, really rich and creamy and sweet. nice flaky crust as well. (not a good person to judge because i've never been the biggest fan of these, but can't leave Portugal without trying one!)

this dish came loaded with ingredients - really enjoyed the mix of vegetables and it made for a very filling meal. soup was a tad too salty but enjoyed it overall!
