I love all of the loaded fries items, especially the smoked brisket fries. Sweet but tangy. VERY FILLING! The brisket is made out of oyster and shiitake mushrooms. 🤤 I highly recommend any of the Smoked Brisket items if you find yourself at MB.

This sandwich and fries were OUT OF THIS WORLD! The fries have just the right balance of salty, soft, and crispy. The sandwich was also very phenomenal, and I loved the mushroom root used as the protein. 10/10 recommended! (P.S: I believe if you're a first-timer or new, you'll get a free cookie). #vegan #ecotakeout #sandwich
