It was beautifully presented and tasty. They removed the feta from the dish to make it vegan. It was loaded with avocado. 👌Quinoa Salad

It was beautifully presented and tasty, but could do with less olive oil. The addition of granola was quite unique and added a crunch. I will be adding pomegranate to my beetroot hummus now. 😆Beetroot Hummus
