Loving hut has ceased operations. I went there few days before they were closed for good. It didn’t have the Laska I wanted and was recommended Char Kway Teow. I don’t really like Char Kway Teow because it is often so oily and too sweet from the black sweet sauce that was added. Since the staff recommended, I decided to order it. True to her words, this dish was really delicious. It is light and not oily. It was not sweet at all from the dark sauce. It was really good 👍🏻 Finally a chef who managed to cook it so well.

YUMMY! The crumble was the crunchy kind I was expected, almost like dough, which was a nice surprise and so sweet! The strawberry filling was nice, but had this artificial strawberry taste. The yellow colour cream was creamy and sweet, with a slight grainy texture. Somehow the first layer tasted sweeter than the last one, which was not as sweet and a hint of tanginess to it…. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Loving hut has since closed down:(

This braised hokkien noodles were so good! The noodles were cooked perfectly, nice and soft but still had a bite to it. The sauce was nice, salty and flavorful! Had almost like a slight charred taste. They gave vinegar with it, which when added gives a tangy, slightly fruity taste, but personally, I prefer it without the vinegar😅 Loving hut has closed down already:(

I felt all the 4 pies are very similar to each other, the base the filling. For this I think the flavour of the apple crumble wasn't very strong as well

First time trying this too and no regrets!! The sauce was also slightly sweet and savoury with a hint of coffee taste! The nuggets was also still slightly crispy on the side which makes it super yummy!

Nooo my go to place for celebration is closing soon 😭 please support them before they closed on 10 May! Decided to finally choose smth different and first time trying the char Siew and I love the sweet and savoury taste of it!! The “skin” was also still crispy! Yummy!
