Very tasty and excellent cheese (think they use applewood) ! Only thing was I thought the spicy rice was rather bland 🤔 could just be me though. Generous portions.

Super delicious vegan enchilada.  This is the baked version but you can get a soft one too.  Vegetable ratatouille on the inside and rice and salad around the edge.  Lots and lots of other vegan options too!
