Stuffed Pepper

This green pepper was stuffed with rice and veggies over a super flavorful curry with toasted cashews. It was so simply plated but absolutely bursting with flavor. I would have ordered 10 to go if I could!

Chocolate mousse

This rich and yummy chocolate mousse had toasted pecans and homemade vanilla ice cream on top. (Strawberries optional). The chef shared with me that he used dates to sweeten it as he is sensitive to sugars in meals. It was divine.
