#forthepoke (not a single dedicated vegetarian booth in sight for a #foodcourt this huge) its $1.30 now that GST's a 9%! #Blacktea, kosong (#sugarfree) and freshly brewed with tannins, imparting that signature dry, astringent mouthfeel every-koufu-where (highly x2 pronounced). Pace it apart from iron rich foods to prevent clashes (not that there's any to be had here) #beverage #tea

Thunder tea rice at Koufu food court. To veganise this dish, omit the ikan bilis. Option to change the white rice to brown rice. Loaded with vegetables and tofu. Wished the basil soup was a little thicker. Overall, a good option at this food court! Price: $6.80 #veganisnotscary

Happen to be at Galaxis around lunch hour to send in a faulty electrical appliance for repair. Amidst the up market eateries on the vicinity, Jing Xin Yuan Vegetarian, located at B2 Koufu Food Court of Fusionopolis One, stands out as one of the more wallet-friendly options. Highly recommended for those who are looking for a quick budget meal. We avoided ordering mock meat as we were unsure if they contain egg or dairy during processing. Nothing beats a whole food plant based diet anyway! The stir fried vegetables and the potatoes were very well done with good wok hei fragrance, and the curry sauce was delicious too. This simple yet filling, unpretentious meal cost us S$3.60 and given the generous portions, we think the price is very reasonable! Three cheers for their affordable vegan-friendly food.

Huge ginormous serving...so very good value I guess. And seasoned nasi lemak peanuts! Without ikan bilis! Woohoo! The stall has a good variety of dishes but doesn't seem to have a 'special dish' at the time I went (11am). I notice most vegetarian stalls lump huge servings on my plate. Possibly cos they want to reduce food waste from low demand but I'm always: ermagawd noooo. But too late.

$4.50 I think? caifan that’s on the pricier side but it was quite good! shouldn’t have rejected the gravy because it was a little dry oops. the sweet and sour mock meat though SO GOOD like the best ones I’ve had, it was like crispy at some parts and also quite nice and chewy:D the pumpkins were alright but a little hard, veggies also okay. just the mock meat made everything better HAHA

This is what I order when I’m either not inspired or in a low budget 😆 Compared to other Food Court Vegetarian stall, the one at Fusionopolis has a great taste, it’s not too oily and has a lot of variety. They even let me take away in my own container which is great! I actually prefer white rice over brown rice but, you do you!!

A decent meal from the Vegetarian stall. I was happy with the portion sizes and quality of the sides, and they have a good variety of options. Got one veg, one tofu and one meat for $4.20.
