This dish can be done without the adding of milk, it is optional where you can ask the cook to exclude it. Sadly, the jurong east eVeg stall is closed, however there's other outlets elsewhere.

This Vegan Satay rendition was sedap with the combination of peanut sauce gravy, it's surprisingly not jelak. Although the jurong east eVeg stall is closed, there's other outlets as well.

It’s so hard to find veg claypot rice!! This is from the Claypot Delights stall in IMM’s Kopitiam, the only vegetarian or vegan option in the whole Kopitiam at the time I was there, because the vegetarian stall has permanently closed. There’s white rice topped with wongbok, bok choy, button mushrooms, and spring onions. It cost around $5 to $6 if I remember correctly. The portion is just nice, not too small and not a lot. The stall also has veggie claypot noodles on their menu! #veganin2020

Red bean paste on top a mountain of shaved ice, originally ladled with sweet carnation milk. Instead, asked for the milk to be replaced with coconut milk. Satisfied my sweet red bean cravings🤗
