This is tofu fried in batter which comes in a broth/sauce that’s quite like soy sauce. Always a great addition on the side of a yakisoba or ramen and the portion size is always really big. Some of the best tofu I’ve eaten!

This is one of my favourite ever dishes! I’ve been going to ichiban for at least four years and it has never failed to disappoint. This vegetable noodle dish has been a continuous favourite as it tastes so good, the portion size is always great, it’s good value for money and you get loads of veg with it. I would recommend this to everyone. They used to have a very small vegan menu on a piece of paper that you had to request, but now everything on the menu is clearly marked vegan which is amazing and saves any doubt!
