These were also super yummy! Carrot cake is one of my faves and these are healthy and delicious. The pumfu cream cheese icing isn't as sweet as a traditional cream cheese icing but still a nice topping for the carrot cake.

These were so rich and fudgy felt so indulgent. But I ate them completely guilt free 😄 Delish, one of the best things I've had from GoSmart. Sorry, the photo is probably hard to make out, but they were definitely worth reviewing.

Pumfu is a tofu made from pumpkin seeds so it's #soyfree and very high protein. I loved the flavor of this dish, but the sea kelp noodles put me off a bit. It kind of felt like chewing on rubber bands. But again, this is all #glutenfree so they really get creative. The pumfu was good, it does have a bit of different texture than soybean tofu but I could easily eat either.

GoSmart does the best job at taking such healthy, always #glutenfree, #soyfree, #dairyfree ingredients and making them taste like you're splurging. This was a play on a crab cake made from hearts of palm, artichokes, Hemp hearts, etc. I was never a fan of seafood really so I'm not usually into anything that might taste like it. This was very subtle and quite hearty, just as the name says. The remoulade was creamy and tangy and went really well with the cake. I ate this with their potato salad, also very good. This was a nice little Americana style lunch on a hot day. This is from a grab-n-go case so it's difficult to get a nice photo. I tried to make a decent presentation on the paper plates at work 😆

go smart foods sells takeout at raisan rack in westerville, OH. not sure if they have other locations. other than one product that contained honey, they all seem vegan. it might have been vegan honey but wasn't marked as such. these #cannellini beans are delicious. i would not have paid $5 for them, let alone $9 but my sister bought them. i find them expensive and #deathbyplastic but the food is very good. #womenowned #supportlocal #smallbusiness

This is one of the very best things I've eaten recently. I cannot believe how many amazing flavors this had. This business is extremely healthy. Everything is #glutenfree #soyfree and they use no processed oils. This even had feta made from potato starch. 🥔 This had chickpeas, peppers, cucumber, onion, black olive, herbs like fresh dill and parsley.🌿 This was absolutely delicious and because it's very #healthy you still feel great after eating. This portion was much larger than it looked and was really filling. This #jackfruit was incredible, and I usually really dislike jackfruit. It had such a meaty texture and a nice smokey and salty flavor. This bowl was filled with purple rice, zuhcinni, peas, peppers, carrots, and sesame seeds. It was very fresh and healthy. It did not have any traditional sauces for flavor, so the name teriyaki was a bit disappointing, but it did have a little bit of sesame oil. I would recommend salt or soy sauce as this doesn't have any added flavoring or seasoning. This was a nice, healthy, and #glutenfree meal, and I enjoyed trying something new. Let me first say these would have been better if I had eaten them right away. I waited an hour or so after they were made, so they were soggy. I would recommend reheating them in the oven!😊 These tasted really good. They were made with #glutenfree cassava chips, a creamy avocado and cheeae sauce, beans, corn, onions, peppers and jackfruit. This has been the only jackfruit that I've liked! It didn't even taste like jackfruit. It was smokey and had such a great texture. We did get 10% off these nachos, but if I had paid full price, my only recommendation would be that they could definitely use a bit more toppings. Everything here is gluten free and #vegan and they specialize in making healthy meals with nutritious ingredients. #veganisnotscary #abillionlove #ditchdairy
