🫛In our first visit the manager came out to help us decide what to order as it was so overwhelming. There are so many vegan options. He kindly brought us samples of this one 🌱vegan #protein option which wasn’t even shown on the menu strangely. Apparently it’s not available at all locations. It’s chilled #tofu and #edamame #caprese. It has bits of herbs🪴 and maybe tomatoes 🍅as he said they were trying to make it like a mozzarella dup. It’s really nice. They also have an Indian flavored #chickpeas protein which is listed under the veggie section instead. They recommend a certain number of bases, veggies, and proteins depending on the number you choose for your bowl but you can mix and match. This protein was so nice I got it again. Super healthy place where I want to try all the vegan dishes on the menu. #florida $11.25 for 4-bowl

🥬 #kale #caesarsalad This was a cold base option which I decided to try in my 4-bowl which is mostly underneath too. The number of vegan 🌱options here is overwhelming and I’m always struggling to choose and panic ordering at the last second as I get to the front to see the creations in front of me. So many things sound yummy and healthy; it’s tough! I wonder about the contrasting flavors on the different components too and how they complement each other or don’t especially with the choice of additional sauces at the end. This was kind of an Italian bowl in the end but then I panic ordered the coconut 🥥🌶️sriracha sauce. The holy kale sauce would have been better. Doh! I didn’t use the sauce though and took it home to enjoy with something else. Too many yummy things! My 4-bowl was $11.25. The 6-bowl was $14.25 and $9.25 for 3. #florida #healthy #buildyourown

🍋🪴🍚 #lemon #herbs #cauliflower #rice At Fresh Kitchen you can choose how many dishes you want in your bowl. They often recommend two bases but you can fudge it if you like with other veggies instead. In an effort to try something new, I went for this one which was great and warm and hidden at the bottom of the bowl. I probably prefer the warm cauliflower potato 🥔mash that I had last time. 😋 It was $11.25 for my 4-bowl which was plenty of food but I regret not getting the 6-bowl to try more things as I’m lucky to go twice a year. You also get a choice of sauces which you can get on the side but I worry they don’t go with the delicious sauces on the dishes already. I need to do more experimenting here to find my ideal bowl. #florida #buildyourown

🥦 #lemon #garlic #broccoli. 🍋🧄Yum. 😋When I had this 7 months ago we died over how tasty it was and I’ve been dreaming of it since. We even went to talk to the manager👨‍🍳 to ask what the recipe was. That’s how much we thought of it. It didn’t quite live up to my memories but I had some different other options in my bowl. I think I reviewed erroneously last time and should have reviewed by dish added. This is one of the 5 vegan veggie options. They’re all vegan. There is only one vegan protein option which is strangely not even shown, but they could count the chickpeas as protein and don’t for some reason. I would like to try every vegan 🌱option on the menu here. $11.25 for this 4-bowl. You also get a choice of 3 vegan sauces but I worry they will mess with all the yummy flavors in each dish already. Hmmm. I got them on the side then.

🥦🍋🧄My partner ordered this #buildyourown 3 bowl with #lemon #garlic #broccoli which is killer! 😋 The chilled🫛 #tofu #caprese 🍅🪴salad with #edamame was also great and full of flavor. My partner said he could eat here everyday as it’s healthy and delicious. The #chickpeas were nice too but nothing special for me in particular. My partner felt, like me, that you didn’t need a sauce which comes with it. We brought them home to eat with something else later as they were super too. 🤩Another wow here! Fresh Kitchen is a chain where they have build your own bowls full of vibrant, healthy, and tasty options for omnivores and vegans. 🌱You choose if you want 3, 4, or 6 things in your bowl. There are bases, veggies, and protein sources to choose from. There are two vegan proteins, a chilled 🫛tofu caprese salad with edamame, tomato, 🍅and pesto or golden spicy chickpeas. The tofu one was awesome and did taste a lot like a mozzarella, tomato and 🪴basil salad. The chickpeas remind me of Indian 🇮🇳food I eat in the UK all the time so were less interesting to me. The cauliflower potato 🥔mash was delectable and I’d get again. The lemon 🍋garlic 🧄broccoli 🥦was also out of this world! 🚀 We were asking the manager for the recipes here. For the area it’s also super reasonable at $8.95 for a 3 bowl or $9.95 for a 4 bowl. The 6 bowl was maybe $12.95 if you’re really hungry. You also get a sauce with each bowl but the manager explained you can try anything in the line before choosing as they don’t want you getting something you don’t like. Also he said you can get two sauces for the same reason. For me the choices came with so much incredible flavor as it was, it would have been criminal to put another sauce on them. We got the 🥥coconut sriracha🌶️ and holy kale which were both delicious but didn’t seem to go with our choices. I brought them home to eat with something else. My partner said he’d eat here everyday it was so good, and he wants to go back asap.
