All the components of the dessert were flavourful and worked well together. The cake was sweet and light, but not very fondant in terms of texture.

La gelatina era veramente molto grande rispetto al resto e quindi un po' nauseante dopo un po' che si mangiava. Buonissima invece la mini tortina sulla destra piena di marmellata di arancia

Oltre agli ingredienti citati nel nome, il piatto conteneva anche un hummus alla barbabietola e una crema verde di cuu non sono riuscita a capire l'ingrediente principale, comunque piuttosto forte. Buono ma niente di indimenticabile!

I expected this to be smaller as I took 2 starters rather than a main and found it very filling (I did have 2 rounds of bread with a bowl of soup though) the gnocchi was perfectly cooked and seasoned and the green beans were amazing (the only vegetable that I would normally avoid!)

Absolutely delicious smoked tomato, chickpea and lentil soup. The bread was also amazing. My mum actually wanted to eat here the next day too because it was so tasty!

SO AMAZING! The mains were fab but I really thought the dessert was so so great - I shared the assiette platter w my mum so there was the chocolate and plum pudding and also some jelly and sorbets. Definitely recommend for a fancy but affordable dinner out in Edinburgh

For what was branded as a “coulant” cake on the menu, it sadly missed the characteristic ooze from the centre that you would expect. The cake itself was a little stodgy, perhaps explaining why the liquid centre was lacking due to being slightly over-baked. The saving grace of this dish, however, was the beetroot, coconut and whisky ice cream which was wonderfully fresh and flavourful!

Taste of this curry was phenomenal! Enough hit to give a kick and small sweat bead, but certainly not overpowering in any way. The accompanying dips (one mint raita, the other a tomato chutney) were a perfect compliment to the fragrant curry - the mint raita in particular. Three bowls on a plate turned out to be a little bit annoying though, and it felt a little clumsy to eat - but don’t let this distract from the phenomenal tasting meal that it was!
