Everything was delicious! The fried rice with tofu “egg” got a thumbs up from my non-vegan Mom. We had the Bulgogi Roll and it was excellent. My favorite was the Black Garlic Roll. When I’m in Vegas, I’ll definitely be eating here.

Wow this is definitely the best fried tofu dish I’ve ever tried! The tofu was so soft and puffy but the outside was crispy and light. Add some lemon and spicy vegan mayo and it was gone in no time:) #vegasvegan

Daikon sushi is my go to place for vegan sushi. I’ve never tried a roll there I haven’t enjoyed! This roll was delicious, flavorful and very filling. I love all the toppings:) #vegasvegan

I order this sushi dish every time I visit daikon! If you’ve never had a chance to try yuba skin give it a try! It’s delicious. This sushi dish features yuba in a very tasty way. Very filling too. #vegasvegan

This is seriously the best Thai tea I’ve ever tried!! It was just the right amount of sweetness and the coconut creamer was delicious. They have expanded their seating which is awesome and the staff is always so friendly. #vegasvevan

Beautiful and not that spicy "Eel" 🍆 and avocado 🥑 on top of a roll with jalapeno, cilantro, and spicy "Tuna" inside. Topped with sweet soy, sesame seeds, and wasabi mayo. 😋
