Soup and pasta were not so fulfilling ( found the soup too spicy and the pasta over cooked) . Brownie texture was interesting, super low in sweetness which was fine for me, less for my hubby. The soup was a tad too spicy for me to enjoy it fully but tasted good anyways. Dad loved the bread so much we asked for seconds, but when we wanted to buy more bread after the meal there wasn’t anymore to sell us 😂 it’s gluten-free bread but i couldn’t tell at all!Kimchi minestrone

Super novel combination of homemade fermented miso with gluten-free pasta, even my dad who isn’t a fan of pasta loved it! The thing is Da Mamma changes its menu regularly so do check what they have currently, tho I’m looking forward to trying Chef Charles’ other creations in future!Miso Carbonara
