Delicious! And you should see their enormous #margarita! This was a #mango daquiri that tastes like a delicious mango smoothie. It comes with a whipped topping which I ask them to nix but was good otherwise. #alcoholic #eatingout

So I am pretty picky when it comes to #mexicanfood, as I am a native Mexican and enjoyed loads of #traditionalfood when I lived in Mexico. This was overall executed well and had all the components I would have thought it needed BUT... I am a #veganprotein lover and cannot get past a dish if the vegan protein is bad and the #soy used here was not great. It was still really soaggy and did not have a lot of flavor. I always hope for #flavorful and #meaty vegan protein, in this case I wanted something #crispy. Otherwise it was very good, #sopes were great, beans delicious and I love the #rice, just did not execute the soy to my liking. #eatingout

Not a lot of vegan options in Oakdale #california so we had to stop as we were driving through to try this places vegan menu. It is always nice to go somewhere with a completly seperate #veganmenu, it always makes me feel a little safer eating anywhere because they clearly know a thing or two about veganism. So although I can 100% appreciate effort I was not wowed by this place at all. The menu looks and sounds good but execution is not there in my opinion. This vegan #bean #dip is made up of refired pintos, #salsaverde, #vegancheese and #vegansourcream. It was pretty watery and not a great ratio between the beans, sour cream and salsa. There were not too many beans a lot of salsa and cream that watered everything down and made it kind of gross. #appetizer #eatingout #mexicanfood

They have a vegan menu & soy protein for a substitute. That’s not in the menu so always ask. I had them make me some vegan nachos & they were great. Their bean dip is good & so is the vegan micheleda.
