I’m not a fan of coconut based ice creams, so I was thrilled when Chef Ram switched from coconut to soy for all his ice creams last year when the cloud kitchen started. Pic shows butterscotch and chocolate ice creams. I topped them with cacao beans and walnuts for added crunch and bitterness to balance out the sugar.

Vegan plum cake in itself is such a delicious treat, but this one from Carrots takes it up a notch with chocolate added in. It’s loaded generously with dry fruits, seeds and nuts, resulting in a fantastic mouth feel. Considering the ingredients, it’s priced very affordably. Chef Ram makes it with jaggery upon request. And it’s made of whole wheat, so it’s much healthier than the white flour based cakes. Only drawback? Unlike traditional plum cakes, this is free of alcohol. But I guess it depends on how you look at it. Alcohol free means we get to enjoy it any time of the day or year. :)

It’s more like chocolate cake than a brownie and it’s dry. Chocolate sauce is thick and tasty so it’s manageable. It’s good with ice cream and has walnuts in the cake but I wish it’s a brownie.

Finally my dream of brownie(more like cake) with vanilla ice cream came true thanks to @lol1409 information on carrots having vanilla ice cream. I wanted to have ice cream after a good outreach but unfortunately there are no vegan ice creams in a prominent place of Bangalore. Luckily I got ice cream from carrots. This vanilla ice cream is so delicious it’s just unbelievable how they able to achieve this taste. It’s in freezer whole day but it’s not completely frozen. Now can’t wait to try butterscotch from here. #ditchdairy #govegan It’s unfortunate they are operating cloud restaurant instead of a normal restaurant,if it is I would have gone there every weekend.

Might have liked it more with a vanilla sponge, but it worked fairly well with chocolate. The pineapple's only on the top layer. Perfect frosting. Tastes good but they have better options. And it's nice to know there won't be any mishaps, Carrots being a vegan cloud kichen.

Not what I was expecting, but tasty nonetheless — even on day 2 at 2 am.. 🍕 The pesto is barely there. Need a lot more if it wants to be in the name. Can't complain about the ingredients - bell peppers, olives, mushrooms, a bit of broccoli and a lot of cheeze. The #vegancheese wasn't strong enough to scare any vegans (or omnis) away. But there probably isn't much that is offensive to those who aren't repulsed by cheese.

Vanilla ice cream seems to be a rarity in the #dairyfree world, and this was the best I've ever had. It's too sweet and that did not stop me. Excellent texture, although it can melt a little too quickly. No idea which mylk they've used, but I suspect cashews had something to do with it. Tastes just like the vanilla-heavy murdairy ices out there. It was hard to stay away from chocolate but it was well worth it. 🍦 Mylking cashews >>>> milking cows. #ditchdairy

Not much going on here other than the sauce. Sauce is tasty and can compliment the dish but it can’t be main ingredient in pasta. Penne pasta is cooked well and there are few veggies with broccoli as main veggie which I don’t like. Pasta can be disappointing if done in a basic way. So it’s not worth the price

Same ingredients as in tofu tikka lasagna without burnt base. Ingredients are good on pizza especially Tikka masala sauce. Tofu is soft and has good flavor. This Pizza needs tomato sauce,chili flakes and oregano to make it spicy and flavorful.

Like any chocolate shake with cruel dairy milk. Chocolate taste is good but I didn’t taste any coffee mocha so maybe they should add more of it and shake will be better if they add brownie or have it as extra option. They didn’t give even paper straw. it was difficult to drink without straw so I used my own container straw.

Better than mockmeat lasagna. Cheese has flavour of tikka masala. There are layers of tofu tikka and tofu scrambled. the bottom layer is still burnt but less than previous one. Overall better tasty dish as it didn’t have mock meat. I will stop ordering mockmeat dishes as other dishes are having better taste.

Top half of the dish is perfect. Ice cream is good but it melted even after a short distance delivery so it will be better if they pack it separately between ice packs. Brownie is moist and tasted amazing with chocolate syrup and nuts. But ice cream and chocolate syrup are not enough for entire brownie so bottom half of the brownie is dry. So it’s better to contact the restaurant and ask them to give ice cream separately and extra chocolate syrup. Can’t wait to try this again. My 200th review is a chocolate dish-twice the happiness!!!
