Honestly, best seitan ever eaten!! It was super crispy and tender inside, it tasted almost like real nuggets (approved also by non-vegan friends!) The sauce that comes with it is also very nice and peanuty😋 The price was decent (around 6-7€) and the location super central and nice, with nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

And I'll eat 1000 sushi out of it. Really delicious. The grilled pineapple with the fresh basil on top wrapped in a seaweed with some rice was truly a delight. I had one piece of this when I ordered the "Formule découverte" #birdless3030 and it was great. I mean the price is high since it's a combination of almost every single maki and sushi dish they have. I had better expectations, liked the grilled pineapple sushi and the edamame beans were crunchy. I expected the panko seitan to be better. I'm so glad I had this mocktail made from Pineapplejuice, homemade mint syrup, fresh ginger, green lemon juice, kombucha artisanal cuz it was super hot outside 🔥🔆☀️ and this was incredibly refreshing 🧊 Aldo I wanted to stay sober cuz I needed my brains at the time for a task I had to do and was a great mocktail. Btw the creme brulee ginger slice on top was crispy but I couldn't finish it, it was so sour well because a ginger slice. 🥢🍣🍸 Exceptional vegan Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar in Paris. I’m not a big fan of sushi/ rolls, but OMELETTE SUSHI (TAMAGO SPICY) and MANGO INARI were the best I’d ever had! I also really enjoyed crispy temple, while PEANUT MOCHI was probably THE BEST dessert in my life! 🫣 If you drink alcohol, I would highly recommend visiting even if you don’t consider eating! PEANUT RUSSIAN cocktail is mind blowing, Madame Litchi and le Pear Yuzu are a solid 10/10!

Incredible ramens. One of the best I ever had. The toppings add even more taste. Everything is home made and you can taste it. I highly recommend this place if you're in Paris!

The tempeh that came with it wasn't tge best, the oyster mushrooms and the homemade noodles plus the nori sheets were the best thing about this meal. I also liked the green onions on top, the pickeled ginger not that much. I've heard from previous reviews about this dish that it's made with some homemade ham, but they replaced with tempeh which wasn't the best idea imo. The broth wasn't that existing.
