These beefless potatoes and veggies are some thing else/OUT OF THIS WORLD! I loved the flavor profiles of the dish, and I highly recommend it. 100/10!

what’s cool about this is that they use chickpea tofu / burmese tofu! i personally dig the texture & taste of it. the orange sauce in this dish was also really good, sweet & savory with a little kick of spice ❣️🥰❣️
