Sweet crunchy and moist inside. This French toast is what you want on a cold morning. The side of chickpea scramble was pretty good and makes you feel a little healthier about the whole thing. Great little fire pit to sit next to while you eat.

sincerely can't recall the name of this but it was so, so tasty. the sausage was good but the kale... never in my life have i ever desired kale, but this kale rules. the dressing deserves much love.

It is hard to order anything but the tofu scramble and French toast for brunch. The taste is perfect and the price is reasonable for how much food you get and how delicious it is. Pro tip: order a side of hot sauce with your meal. I love spicy hot sauce with the sweet maple syrup for my tofu scramble. #veganoutreach

An awesome food truck in ATX! REALLY good tofu and french toast. My french toast had some kind of beet jam on it which was so good. There are also two other vegan food trucks on the same property.
