Dan Dan noodles are typically made with pork but Bird&Bao put a vegan twist on it while keeping all the traditional flavors of the dish. Insanely delicious and filling! Ive never tasted anything like it. The shiitake mushrooms are everything.

I could eat this vegan salad every day. (I didn’t take a picture of it because I ate it too fast lol) It’s sweet and spicy in a unique sauce that I’d put on everything if I could. The Japanese cucumbers are crunchy and the perfect size. Try this place and this dish out, you won’t be disappointed!!

This cold soba noodle salad is unreal. It comes in a toasted sesame sauce and chili oil with cucumber, bean sprouts, peanut and pickled daikon and carrots. It’s got a little heat but nothing too intense. If you’re looking for a satisfying, fully vegan meal, head out to Bird&Bao, in Patchogue, NY, and pair this bad boy with the cucumber salad.
