Really tasty and nutritious! (You can tell it was good because it’s all finished)Your classic berry smoothie, but with açai and no added juices or FroYo. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back to try other things on their menu. (The place was called earth bar though.)

As they are one of my favorite foods on earth, I am pretty picky with my açaí bowls. This bowl passed my tests for flavor & appearance. Beaming's rendition of the classic açaí bowl is made with organic, unsweetened, non-GMO Acai and blended with Beaming's freshly sprouted almond milk, coconut butter, himalayan pink salt, blueberries, banana and Beaming Superfood Protein. So. Much. Yum.

This magical creation made my mouth drop. No joke. You'll never think of eating greens the same. This tastes TOO GOOD to be this healthy lol. Here's the scoop: freshly sprouted almond milk + coconut water + Beaming Protein with Greens + avocado + blueberries + superfood greens + banana + maca + goji berries + flax powder + royal jelly + coconut butter. This smoothie bowl is perfect at any time of day. The flavors rich, the ingredients filling. Not to get all woo woo, but I daresay this smoothie bowl will raise your vibration.

The sauces make this dish. When you do falafels/Mediterranean dishes raw vegan, the flavor game has to be on point to make the meal authentic and enjoyable. These falafels are made from a quinoa and pea base, making them full of plant protein. The traditional spices included in these balls makes for a brilliant flavor. Wrapped in butter lettuce with cucumber, red cabbage, and a spicy red pepper sauce and a tahini lemon creamy dressing, this dish is the perfect light and nutritious lunch.

As a zero waste vegan, I rarely get to enjoy things like kelp noodles or even specialty sauces and tofu because of the packaging they come in. My goal is to reduce waste and if that means sacrificing some foods that will lead to more waste in the landfill which hurts the animals and the earth, I have no problem. So.... when I do get kelp noodles and they are prepared in such a delicious way, it is the BIGGEST treat!!!! Here's what's in this beauty: kelp noodles, broccoli, carrots, ginger, miso, coconut aminos, sesame, cashew & teriyaki sesame almonds served with a ginger cashew dressings. Basically, I could eat this for every meal and not complain. Love love love love love.

Here's the scoop: this smoothie is creamy, tasty, and not too sweet. You truly will feel like a rockstar after drinking it! What's inside? Freshly sprouted almond milk + coconut water + banana + date + coconut butter + Beaming Protein 4 + E3live® Blue Majik + Fit Matrix™. I chose to "boost" my smoothie with blueberries. Basically, this smoothie is jam packed with goodness ;D Health wise, taste wise, and the color is so magical and picturesque... A must try!
