This was the most lemony lemongrass tofu I’ve ever tried! I feel like nothing will compare to it now. A beautiful bowl of sliced (rather than shredded tbh) thin tofu, noods, fresh veggies, and spring rolls. Didn’t really have a sauce but it was fine served in the small bowls with the side/dipping sauces.
