This is a beautiful eggplant dip with spices and cartelized onions. Always ask for the version not made with yogurt. This is also served with a Persian style flat bread.

Ghormeh Sabzi is an aromatic Persian Stew usually made with beef, spices and kidney beans. This dish is literally what is all the talk when one goes to a Persian festivity. Apadana offers this without any beef and it’s delicious! 

Ensure that your ride does not come with butter when ordering. Also they do not have the vegan options on delivery apps.
