Zesty Italian Meatless Meatballs

🇺🇸🍝 My mom very kindly got these at ALDI and they were super yummy. My father admitted as well you couldn’t tell they were #vegan. These #veganmeatballs are made from #soy 🫛breadcrumbs🍞 #wheat 🌾gluten #onion 🧅 #tomato 🍅etc. They have one nasty additive which is a shame as otherwise they’re great besides being salty. Very good I made a meatball sandwich on a French roll with barbecue sauce and hot giardiniera peppers.

This is a great Aldi staple! These meatless meatballs are a nice way to add substance to a basic pasta dish. These cook up really quick in the airfryer and have a delicious flavor. They aren't really spicy, but have nice seasoning. For a nice quick satisfying meal, I like to throw some frozen veggies in olive oil and season with Sofrito mix for a bit of spice.
