I started liking beetroot when it is freshly eaten wih lemon juice & roasted. This

roasted beetroot hummus is quite nice. It has a strong earthy taste. Cant really taste the "roasted" flavour. I eat it with crackers, chips, bread or wraps. It is quite nice when added to pasta, but just not too much or the taste is quite strong.

I know I've said before that I'm not a fan of pink food or of

the texture of Yumi's #hummus, but, when it all comes together like this, you just have to applaud 👏 And whatever wonders the #beetroot did for the colour, it did even more of for the flavour 😋 For it's not just beetroot hummus, it's *roasted* beetroot. Just let that sink in for a minute 😁

I had it with crackers and preserved vegetables, but also - and more intriguingly - inside a hot dog roll (see last picture). Hummus always surprises me with its versatility, especially when what drives the taste is something as beautifully poised as beetroot is between sweet and savoury 😊

I LOVE hummus. This was no exception. It’s full of flavour, lots of garlic and

This roasted beetroot hommus is yummy! Not much of a roasted taste. Packed with flavour

and a tinge of zest in it. Served in salads or as a dip on crackers. The nice shade of red really adds colour to salads. Can be a little pricey if it’s not on sale. Purchased at NTUC XTRA.
