Yellow Thai Coconut Curry

To be honest I was disappointed with this one. I was really excited to try because it is my favorite food and it looked really good. But, it is so flavorless 🥲.

I really liked this curry sauce from yai’s Thai . It was flavorful and so easy to cook up a quick yummy dinner . I got this at Costco and was pleasantly surprised surprised . I usually make my own but with being so busy lately it was nice . To have this in the Cabinet. Would buy again served with jasmine rice 🍚 #thai #curry #vegan

I was so excited to try this and I feel a little letdown. I’ve only had curry once at a restaurant and it was amazing and full of flavor. This tasted like nothing but spice and no flavor. It looks great and smells delicious but the flavor is lacking a lot for me. Are there better ones to try?!

Not bad at all! Extremely convenient and made from really clean ingredients. The flavors are nice and fairly subtle. Just a bit of heat. My tastebuds wanted a bit more salt but I loved the coconut cream! Non-GMO Project Verified. No added sugar. Low sodium. #glutenfree Makes a healthy meal super fast and easy! Looking forward to trying some of the other flavors!

At first, I felt that this was expensive, but after making a curry dish with it and reading the ingredients (3rd photo), it's totally worth it. Pictured here in 2nd photo is a curry dish I made that includes tofu, peas, ginger, lemongrass, carrots, green onions, garlic and mushrooms. Even though this sauce already has a lot of wholesome ingredients, it's smooth and I like a little crunch and individual flavor, so it's still nice to add to it. It would have been a lot of work to make this sauce from scratch. #veganisnotscary
