Whole Foods Vegan Potato Salad

I could eat a bucket of this. Sooooo soooo good. Lots of flavor and they use a ton of dill. Mmmmm

I-absolutely-can-not-get-enough-of-this! It is so good. (Is a dish involving potatoes ever bad?!?) It’s lemony with a little dill-really fresh & bright. Despite what looks like a ridiculous list of ingredients it’s pretty clean. It’s a classic. Makes me think of a lazy summer picnic on green grass.

My friend literally threw this in the garbage because she was driving in the car with it for four hours and didn’t have a fork in the car. When she got to my hotel, the fridge was filled with stuff you had to pay for if you moved it, so she just threw it out. I’m serious. She thought it was bad because it was in an air conditioned car for a few hours. I took it out of the trash and ate it. It was great. What a bozo, right?

This potato salad is super creamy with a dill taste to it. Very delicious, will get again!
