As it's so small I thought it would be quicker to cook!

Yeah that what I thought at first. It says 9-11 minutes on packet but it was still hard and I had it on a medium heat

Orzo pasta is one of my favourites as it has a nice taste and texture. The only downside is it takes about 15/20 minutes to cook.
