the taste of this products mostly resembles blue cheese but the texture is rather unpleasant.
i found grating it into or into meals the best way to use it.

As a huge cheese lover before going vegan many years ago I always try new
cheeses! I was excited to try this but was disappointed that there was no blue colour in it. So, when I first tried it I was a bit “hmm, so what, it’s ok” but the more I ate the more I liked it! It’s very salty and does have a blue cheese taste but the texture is a bit odd . I prefer the Sheese blue cheese but this is nice and I’d buy again
