Buonissimi falafel gusto classico. Piccole polpettine da friggere in forno o friggitrice per pochi minuti.

Io ho azzardato a scaldarli in padella e sono venuti comunque buoni e si sono dorati per bene. Li ho poi gustati con la mayonese vegana #veganfortheanimals #veganfood #veganisnotscary #vegan #govegan

Lidl has lost its touch with falafel in my book. A few years ago they

had such an authentic version in the freezer section which tasted like the real thing. Now Vemondo keeps trying their hand at it and missing the mark.

These are basically chick pea balls with hardly (in any) taste or spice that would relate them to falafel. The ingredients list is way to long and with lots of fillers. I think these were 2,99€, in the photo it is a half portion of the box that I tried to rescue with an impromptu mezze plate.

Falafel presi tempo fa al Lidl durante una #settimanaveganlidl e scordati nel fondo del freezer,

ops! Consumati in tre volte e mi son sempre dimenticata di fare una foto al piatto 😅. Sono buoni e mi piace che vari la consistenza perché presentano anche qualche pezzo di mezzo cece all’interno. Li trovo però troppo salati, da smorzare accompagnandoli ad altro.
