Not sure what I expected but when I had a little piece in my mouth I almost had to spit it out. I don't like it at all and won't buy it again. It has a soft consistency, not as mozzarella but similar. I wanted to make a tomato "mozzarella" salad and ended up eating only the tomatoes 😅 will give it a try gratinated but I don't have much hope... I paid around 4 € for 120 g

Cette mozzarella n'est franchement pas génial. La texture est très crumbly et c'est difficile d'en manger des tranches avec des tranches de tomates sans que la mozzarella ne se casse. Le goût est okay mais pas extra. #veganisnotscary .
Veggiques estilo mozzarela. Es de la única manera con la que me gusta comer tomate crudo! Delicioso.
