Das Vegane Mühlen Steak der Rügenwalder Mühle Die Konsistenz ist erstklassik. Geschmacklich finde ich das Steak etwas zu fad. Es erinnert aber wirklich leicht an Rind!

Very tasty product but a little more expensive than the rest of the range. Still it is perfect to make some vegan Roulades!
Unlike other meat substitute products from this brand, this "beef steak" didn't really convince me with its taste. I think you really perceive that this is vegan, which isn't a bad thing in particular! I still think the taste is okay but I guess I will prefer other products from this brand in the future.
I quite enjoyed this as a side to my dish. I don't think it tastes very meaty and to call this a steak is a bit of a reach. But it does have a nice structure, not as rubery as some others.
15g protein 3.6g carbs and 120 calories per 100g But the taste isn’t the best. So I paired mine with salad and hummus.
